Sinoa is provided by RhythmIQ Insights LLC.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Sinoa across the web app, mobile apps, and related services.
By creating an account, uploading recordings, or using Sinoa, you agree to these Terms and the related policies linked from this page.
2. Educational Use Only
Sinoa provides pattern-based educational insights derived from ECG recordings.
Sinoa is not a medical device, not for diagnosis, not for treatment decisions, and not for emergency use.
You agree not to rely on Sinoa for medical decisions. If you have symptoms, concerns, or think you may be having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical care.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Sinoa.
By using Sinoa, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are able to agree to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use Sinoa lawfully.
- Do not misuse or interfere with the platform.
- Do not reverse engineer the system except where applicable law clearly allows it.
- Do not scrape, automate abusive access, or attempt to bypass safeguards, limits, or security controls.
- Do not present Sinoa outputs as diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergency guidance.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login methods confidential.
We may require email verification, legal acceptance review, age acknowledgment, or similar setup steps before protected features remain available.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if suspicious activity, abuse, or other security risk is detected.
6. Data Usage
You retain ownership of the content you upload.
You grant us the rights needed to process, analyze, store, secure, and present your uploads and Pattern Summaries as needed to operate the Service.
7. Service Availability
Sinoa is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that every pattern or issue will be detected in every recording.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinoa is not liable for medical decisions, health outcomes, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Arbitration
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to Sinoa will be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions are permitted.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use of protected features.
