Please do not send ECG files, medical history, passwords, verification codes, or emergency information by email.

2. Medical Emergency Notice

SINOA is not for emergency use, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. If you have severe symptoms or think you may be having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical care.

Support cannot interpret ECG uploads or Pattern Summaries, provide medical advice, or advise care.
