App End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Sinoa app for your personal lawful use in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

• Do not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except with our written permission.
• Do not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract protected source code except where applicable law clearly allows it.
• Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

3. Educational Positioning

Sinoa is licensed as an educational tool that helps you understand patterns in your ECG recordings and support conversations with a clinician.

The Service is not a medical device and not for emergency use.

4. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or medical applicability.

5. Third-Party Terms

The app may include third-party software, platform services, or marketplace distribution terms that also apply to your use.

If you download Sinoa through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant marketplace terms continue to apply alongside this EULA.
