Cookie Policy
Clear, public-facing policy information for how Sinoa operates, how your data is handled, and how to use the product responsibly.
1. Current Cookie Use
SINOA uses cookies and similar storage for strictly necessary authentication, session continuity, and security-related functionality.
When product analytics are enabled in the deployed environment, SINOA asks for consent before using optional browser storage for PostHog product analytics.
2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
- Session and authentication cookies used for sign-in, token rotation, and account security.
- CSRF, state, and related security cookies used to protect authenticated requests and OAuth flows.
3. Optional Cookies or Analytics
Optional product analytics help us understand whether public website, onboarding, account, and billing flows are working.
Product analytics are opt-in on the website. If you decline, SINOA does not initialize PostHog for your browser session.
SINOA configures website analytics without autocapture or session replay, and does not intentionally send ECG files, Pattern Summary content, emails, names, tokens, or job/report identifiers.
4. Browser Controls
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent SINOA from working correctly.
