1. Current Service Position

SINOA is not currently offered as a HIPAA-covered service under a business associate agreement model.

SINOA is positioned as an educational ECG pattern product, not as a clinical records system or covered clinical workflow.

2. No BAA by Default

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, do not treat SINOA as a HIPAA business associate service.

3. Sensitive Data Notice

Even when HIPAA does not apply, health-related information remains sensitive and we treat it with heightened security and privacy attention.
